- Free riverbank fishing on park.
- Decking not included. Decking can be purchased to fit side and/or front (Dependent on pitch, HH and available space)

Presteigne is a delightful village to explore on foot and contains interesting specialist shops. Others towns in the area are well worth exploring. Good walks in area and plenty of things to do within 30 mile radius.
